Affirmations for Self-Esteem
These are the affirmations I write down almost every morning to remind myself that I belong here and deserve to feel peace in my heart. It might help you too, if you're looking for inner peace, to write them down before work or before breakfast or with your first cup of coffee. If you get into a practice of it, you might find it's easier to remind yourself throughout the day that you are worthy of what you want most in life.
Best thing to do when writing these is to not question whether these statements about yourself are actually true, but to believe in them as if they are. This is where faith comes into play.
